Get it Right People!

It upsets me to see "so called Christians" run Jesus' name through the mud. Yet that is exactly what the Westborow Baptist Church is doing. (it really bugs me they call themselves baptist) If you haven't heard of them this is the church that spreads HATE in Jesus name. Protesting everything under the sun always using vulgar language and hateful words. Not spreading the biblical gospel. If they could only see they are committing MURDER in their own hearts! Maybe they should take the good person test... YES God hates sin. (Keyword sin not the sinner) YES God will punish sin, and YES many people will perish... But God is also a loving God. The bible says GOD IS LOVE! God provided a way for sinners to be reconciled to Himself.  Jesus came to Save...Someone has to pay the price for sin. "The wages of sin is death" Jesus took our punishment for our sin. It is a True LOVE story. Salvation is in no way automatic but it is available for all! LOVE & JUSTICE met at the cross. NOW THAT IS GOOD NEWS!

LOVE & JUSTICE
Perfectly Balance because God is Perfect and Holy

These people just get under my skin. They are so mean and hateful. We are suppose to be giving this AMAZING LOVE away "Get it Right People" Not cursing at people and calling them names. There is a way to show people their sin with compassion.

Then there are people who are just as skewed in their theology like Oprah and Rob Bell. Total opposite end of the spectrum...Anyway I had to get this off my chest and hopefully it will help you on your journey's.

GO MAKE DISCIPLES make your journey count!!!

Life is a mission Journey

OK so I am gonna give this blogging thing a try. (It will most likely be very sporadic at best) but here goes!

I chose the name of my blog because life is a journey...some good some not so much, but we can learn from both. If you are a child of God then life is a mission journey and all of it can be used for his glory. {Even when we fail miserably} We all fail sometimes...Good news.... God never does!

I have gathered some snapshots of some places God has allowed me to journey to over the past few years. I pray one day I can share many more!

Sometimes I have to remind myself "it is not where I go.... it is where God has me" That is my mission journey!
